The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for procuring business supplies, material, and equipment as necessary in compliance with established company policies and procedures. Will be responsible to maintain required stock inventory levels and identifying purchasing needs. The Purchasing Assistant reviews, processes purchase orders, maintains records of goods/services ordered and received, negotiates prices, and contracts with suppliers to build and maintains relationships with vendors. The Purchasing Assistant will also collaborate with the administrative team for miscellaneous projects and coverage.
The Production Supervisor meets operational goals by directing the workforce and monitoring quality, production schedules, and efficiencies to ensure materials are processed according to customer demand. The Production Supervisor plans, schedules, and coordinates the production of work using both internal and external resources. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor to achieve customer delivery dates.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will provide comprehensive support relating to both corporate and personal matters. They will also provide administrative support to other Senior Leadership members including but not limited to the President & CFO as requested. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of those they are working with. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is a proactive self-starter and has strong interpersonal skills. This individual will be able to thrive under pressure handling a wide variety responsibility while meeting important deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
