Customer Support:

The Customer Support Specialist manages all sales support activities with responsibility for successfully meeting customer demand. The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for entering sales orders, collecting, and distributing information about customer inventory levels, and facilitating the activities of outside sales associates. The Customer Support Specialist will implement sales strategies, ensure training and standard work procedures are followed, monitor, and analyze sales goals, and work closely with strategic accounts.

Executive Administrative Assistant:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will provide comprehensive support relating to both corporate and personal matters. They will also provide administrative support to other Senior Leadership members including but not limited to the President & CFO as requested. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Local Class-A Drivers:

We offer competivie hourly pay, paid holidays, vacation, health insurance, dental insurance and life insurance. If you are safety and time oriented with a minimum of 2 years' experience (steel hauling preferred), and have a valid Class-A CDL and clean MVR we want to hear from you!

Company provides 2018 Peterbilt Model 579 Daycab tractors that pull 2014 East trailers equipped with Tarpstop FASTRAK II pull back tarping systems.

Maintenance Technician:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the operation of production machinery and the maintenance of all facility equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be engaged in the repair, modification, and installation of new and existing equipment and facility maintenance. 

Operations Administrative Assistant:

The Operations Administrative Assistant will report directly to the VP of Operation and Sales and will provide comprehensive support relating to both Sales and Operational matters. They will also provide administrative support to other members of management including but not limited to the Plant Manager, Sales Manager as requested. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Production Supervisor:

The Production Supervisor meets operational goals by directing the workforce and monitoring quality, production schedules, and efficiencies to ensure materials are processed according to customer demand. The Production Supervisor plans and coordinates the production of work using both internal and external resources. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor to achieve customer delivery dates. 

Property Maintenance Specialist:

The Property Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the property, performing various light maintenance duties, lifting, moving, and delivering boxes and packages and supporting the Purchasing Manager by picking up orders from local vendors. The Property Maintenance Specialist will perform duties outside and inside in all weather conditions.

Regional Class-A Driver:

Join our team as a regional truck driver and enjoy competitive pay, great benefits and frequent home time. Drive an average of 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week.
Benefits include: paid holiday's, paid vacation, medical, dental, life insurance and company uniforms.
Qualified applicants will be safety & time oriented with a minimum of 2 years flatbed experience; steel hauling preferred. Must have a valid Class A CDL and clean MVR.

Company provides 2013 Peterbilt Model 386 Sleeper tractors that pull 2014 East trailers equipped with Tarpstop FASTRAK II pull back tarping systems.

Warehouse Associate:

The Warehouse Associate position entails numerous tasks within the production facility to fulfill customer product requirements in a safe manner while maximizing productivity. This position is responsible for all job tasks to support production, receiving and shipping processes. Activities/responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
    • Assisting a Crane Operator
    • Weighing, Banding & Packaging Finished Goods
    • Fabrication of Wooden Skids
    • Cutting Wood
    • General Housekeeping
All employees are required to follow all safety rules and procedures and are responsible for proper care and use of all tools and equipment in their area. 
 

Receiving Associate:

A receiving associate is responsible for the inspection and initial data entry for all flat roll steel coils and sheets purchased by MidWest Materials. The associate will complete quality assurance inspections of all material to ensure it meets customer and internal quality standards and communicate any discrepancies immediately. Additionally, the receiving associate will be cross trained to complete warehouse inventory and assist the shipping department with outbound loads.
